1. Aim:

目標：

Cornhole promotion is one of the strategies of implementing international universitysocial responsibility collaboration and create possible local entrepreneurships andother social benefits, including education and health for all age, between Philippinesand Taiwan through College of Human Kinetics, University of the Philippines Diliman(UP Diliman) (CHKUPD) and Edu-Connect Southeast Asia Association, Kaohsiung,Taiwan (Edu-Connect)(高雄市東南亞教育交流協會).推廣 Cornhole 是菲律賓和台灣之間透過菲律賓大學 Diliman 區體育科學學院和高雄市東南亞教育交流協會，實施國際大學社會責任合作，創造當地創業和其他社會福利（包括所有年齡層的教育和健康）可能性的策略之一。

Diaz, Dean of College of Humen Kinetics, UPD.實踐大學各系成員，包括行銷、國際貿易等，依各自專業制定教學大綱（見附檔: 工作討論記錄 240127 USR 外部連結課程資料 References for CornholeSyllabus.docx; 工作討論記錄 240127 USR 外部連結課程 Cornhole 課程大綱架構 Syllabus structure.docx; 反思篇課程呂季芳 112-2 MR 玩真的學更深CDIO.docx）。這些課程大綱加上由菲律賓大學總校區運動學院院長 FrancisCarlos B. Diaz 教授所提供為期 6 週的 Cornhole 培訓課程而成。

Manufacturing of cornhole boards and bean bags will be produced by local microenterprises, including one carpenter workshop, three eco-farms(思原貓 (Jimao)、川山境), one community association (圓富社區). Manufacturing(Nuturn)、吉materials are recyclable, such as debris of wood, coffee beans, coffee powder,tealeaves, crops etc. References of producing cornhole board and bean bag pleasesee attached file(工作討論記錄 240127 USR 外部連結課程 Cornhole 布袋球板製作圖解.docx、布袋球縫製影片).Cornhole 板和沙包袋將由當地微型企業生產，包括發哥木工作坊、三個生態農場(思原 (Nuturn)、吉貓 (Jimao)、川山境)、一個社區協會(圓富社區)。製造材料含可回收利用，如木屑、咖啡豆、咖啡粉、茶葉、農作物等。生產沙包板和豆袋的參考資料請參閱附檔(工作討論記錄 240127 USR 外部連結課程Cornhole 布袋球板製作圖解.docx)。

After meeting with local partners on 30 January 2024, the promotion steps are asfollowing:

2024 年 1 月 30 日與當地合作夥伴會面後，推廣步驟如下：

Phase 01 the first half of February

第一階段二月上半

The carpenter Fa is responsible for producing two sets of cornhole boards (4boards), and the members of Yuang Fu Community Association are going tomake two sets of bean bags (18 bags) within two-week time. Shih Chien University must obtain both design map of board and bean bags from CHK of UPD, and pass them to the carpenter Fa as well as the Yuang Fu Community.

木匠發哥負責製作兩套 Cornhole 板（4 塊板），圓富社區協會的成員將在兩週內製作兩套沙袋（18 袋）。實踐大學必須向 UPD 的運動學院取得Cornhole 木板和豆袋的設計圖，並交給木匠發和圓富社區。

Phase 02 the second half of February

第二階段二月下半

The participants of local organizations and the colleagues of Shih Chien University begins to learn the game every weekend for 6-weeks as soon as received the cornhole boards and bean bags. The training is going to be held by local organizations at a rotating basis to become cornhole seeds for further coaches. The players will form an association to advocate cornhole.

當地團體的參與者和實踐大學的同事收到 cornhole 板和豆袋後，就開始進行每個週末學習這項運動，為期六週。培訓將由當地組織輪流舉辦，為cornhole 提供更多種子教練。球員們將組成一個協會來倡導 cornhole。

Phase 03 March onward

第三階段三月起

The colleagues of Shih Chien University begin to train students through their courses. And arrange students to serve the cornhole game-trials as coaches in Sunday-market run by the Yuang Fu Community Association at ChiShan, Kaohsiung. The targeted players are family with children and youngsters.實踐大學的同事開始透過課程培訓學生。並安排學生到高雄旗山圓福社區協會主辦的假日市集場擔任 Cornhole 比賽選拔賽的教練。目標玩家是有孩子和青少年的家庭。

Phase 04 March onward

第四階段三月起

The players’ opinion about the game-trials needed to be collected and analyzed for further modification and designation of Camp LAKBAY.

需要收集和分析玩家對遊戲試玩的意見，以便進一步修改和指定 LAKBAY 營隊。

Phase 05 April onward

第五階段四月起

The game-trial will be reintroduced back to the Sunday-market as one of paths of Camp LAKBAY advertisement/marketing.

遊戲試玩將重新引入週日市場，作為 LAKBAY 營廣告/行銷的途徑之一。

Evaluation

評估:

The effects of international university social responsibility collaboration and create possible local entrepreneurships will be verified by attendants from College of Humen Kinetics, UPD, in camp of Learning Actively through Knowledge-Based Appreciation for Youth (LAKBAY) held in Kaohsiung in summer 2024.

國際大學社會責任合作和創造本地創業的可能效果，將由 UPD 體育科學學院的參與者在 2024 年夏季於高雄舉辦的青年知識欣賞積極學習營（LAKBAY）中驗證。

The summer camp will combine Filipinos from College of Humen Kinetics, UPD andTaiwanese students, having learned cornhole, from Shih Chien mainly. Through playing cornhole game, learning verification could be done. By the way, the attendants of the camp will visit the manufacturing units producing cornhole equipment, and explore to local cultural events and micro economic organizations.

這次夏令營將由來 UPD 運動學院、UPD 的菲律賓學生和實踐學過 cornhole 的台灣學生組成。透過玩 cornhole 遊戲，可以進行學習驗證。此外，營隊成員們還將參觀生產 cornhole 設備的單位，並探訪當地的文化活動和微型經濟組織。

For initiating this activity in southern Taiwan (see attached file: Cornhole Current situation in Taiwan.docx), 6-week Cornhole training course will be provided by Prof. Francis Carlos B. Diaz, Dean of College of Humen Kinetics, UPD, since he has trained

180 players as seeds through 3 classes for last year.

為在台灣南部發起此項活動（請參閱附件：Cornhole Current situation in Taiwan.docx），為期 6 週的 Cornhole 培訓課程將由 UPD 體育科學學院院長 Francis Carlos B. Diaz 教授提供，因為他去年透過 3 個班級培養了 180 名種子選手。
